The 3 years warranty starts from the date of purchase indicated on the purchase invoice.
Availing the 3-year warranty has to be done in the Nikon School’s distributor portal.
The warranty extension is meant to be subscribed within 3 months of purchase; the validity of the
warranty extension will be limited to
registrations where date of this mail is not exceeding 3 months from date of purchase.
The warranty vouchers are non-refundable and must be availed within the period of three months from
the date of purchase.
To avail the service; the email confirmation must be presented necessarily with the stamped official
purchase invoice.
The terms and conditions remain the same as stated on the warranty card, noting that this warranty
extension is applicable strictly in
Zambia market.
The 3 years warranty does not cover all misuse indicated in the instruction manual , drop damage,
water damage, excessive heat damage,
or using uncertified batteries or memory cards.
The 3 years warranty covers camera body only and does not cover all bundled items including lenses,
accessories such as charger or
battery.
The temporary replacement camera offered during the repair process within the 3 years of warranty
does not cover quality repair cases
announced by Nikon.
